Payments
- Ad Hoc dog walks must be paid before or on the day of walk.
- Weekly dog walks – must be paid on the last visit of the week on receipt of the invoice.
- On-going regular dog walks – payments may be made monthly (Pet Angel Sitters will discuss this with you).
- Pet sitting/Cat sitting must be paid for at key collection.
Some simple house rules
- No booking is confirmed until a meet and greet has been completed.
- When a booking is made weeks or longer in advance of the start date, a 30% deposit to secure the dates is required.
Payment is accepted by cash, cheque or bank transfer. - The client must provide an additional contact name and number of someone capable of making decisions relating to their pets in case of an emergency and the client is not contactable. If a contact is not available, Pet Angel Sitters reserves the right to consult with a vet (clients own if possible) and then make decisions that are in the best interest for your pet.
- Pet Angel Sitters should be advised of any behavioural problems with your pets at the initial meeting. Failure to do so could result in cancellation of any future bookings.
- Pet Angel Sitters should be advised of other key holders and if any other person will be entering the property during the visits.
- Pet Angel Sitters is fully insured with full public liability insurance, but would recommend the client also has insurance for their pet.
- Pet Angel Sitters will not hold the client liable for any personal injury sustained as a result of the actions of their pet.
- All dog walking service needs 24 hour notice or full payment will be charged.
- Pet Angel Sitters would advise that all pets be fully vaccinated, micro-chipped and de-fleaed. Worming of your dog at regular interval is also recommended.
- Pet Angel Sitters will advise the client of any change of sitter. Situations may arise where the primary sitter cannot attend. e.g. Vehicle breakdown/Sickness.
- If your dog is one of the following breeds or contains any strain or cross, the client must provide a short strong lead, a suitable muzzle and collar with full name and address. (By Law).

- Arrival and departure times may vary for the visits depending on conditions.
- All food/cat litter must be left by the client, with exact feeding arrangements. If there is a requirement for any additional food, litter or other consumables to be bought by Pet Angel Sitters, this will be billed to the client.
- If your pet is booked in for a visit to the vets, the client must inform their vet that Pet Angel Sitters will be attending the appointment on their behalf, and ensure that arrangements for payment has been made.
- Where the customer or other persons such as relatives, friends, contractors, etc. are at or in the property at the time of the sitter arriving for the visits, Pet Angel Sitters must be informed prior to the visit.
- The staff at Pet Angel Sitters always pick up after the dog they are walking. We would ask the client to ensure that there are poo bags available for use.
- A surcharge of 10% applies to weekends and Bank/Public holidays. At Christmas the surcharge is 30%. All surcharges are passed on to the sitter.
